Using Littlebird

Littlebird is an app for parents and caregivers. You must be at least 18 to hold an account. By creating one you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child whose details you enter, and that you consent to those details being used as described in our Privacy Policy.

Characters are fictional

Every character in Littlebird is invented. They are not real people, they do not work for any real business or service, and nothing they say is a statement of fact about the world. They cannot promise that anything will happen in your child's life, and you should not rely on anything they say as information or advice.

Littlebird is not a substitute for parenting, and it is not a medical, psychological or educational service.

Your part

You are responsible for supervising your child's use of the app. Please don't use Littlebird to frighten, coerce or deceive a child, to impersonate a real person, or to create a character intended to upset someone. We screen for this and will refuse it, and we may suspend an account that repeatedly attempts it.

Availability

We do our best to keep Littlebird working, but we cannot promise it will always be available or uninterrupted. Calls depend on your internet connection and on services we do not control.

Liability

Littlebird is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded.

Changes and ending

We may update these terms; if we do, we will change the date above and tell you in the app when the change matters. You can stop using Littlebird and delete your account at any time from Settings.
